Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Typical delivery estimates:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days as carriers sometimes experience backlogs.
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
